Dell Laptop Not Starting Up Black Screen and Beeping
Hi there Leonzg04, I will be your Independent Advisor for today, I hope we can both resolve your problem.
When you start your Dell laptop can you still see the Dell logo?
We need to run the hardware diagnostics to see which hardware fails on your laptop.
Please turn off your laptop.
Then turn it back on.
As soon as you power it back on press the F12 button on your keyboard repeatedly to pull up the Boot options.
Once you are in the Boot options choose Hardware Diagnostics or Diagnostics and press enter.
Let the diagnostics run and finish and take note of the hardware error it will give you.

A POST code of eight beeps indicates an LCD screen failure and that's probably why you see only a black screen. Here is a document from Dell that offers some guidance on troubleshooting a black or blank screen: https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-us/sln127964/how-to-troubleshoot-display-or-video-issues-on-dell-laptop-lcd-panel.
An LCD failure could be non-repairable by the consumer. You may need a new screen. If I were in your shoes, I'd be speaking with Dell.

I don't see dell logo and i don't see boot options after i did all steps.

This indicates a hardware related problem specific to your LCD. 8 Beep codes pertains to LCD failure.
Please contact Dell technical support for hardware warranty repair.
